Columbia Threadneedle is an asset management company who offers three product sites to focus on the specialized needs of financial advisors, individual investors, and institutional clients. 

I helped to migrate the Advisor site to a new updated platform, with improved capabilities and updated branding. I created wireframes to define layouts and map pages for the the new site.

The Advisor homepage features 5 Investor Goals. I developed ideas with whiteboard sessions and several prototypes to test how to present them in a way that was interactive and easily understood by users.

All three sites are continually improved to add features or new information. To document these changes, I captured current page designs and described how these changes would be implemented.

The sites continually shift as products are moved or acquired. This site map shows how two newly acquired product sites were merged into one subsidiary site.

We continually tracked site traffic and usage to help identify user needs. This shows a heat map to identify which parts of this global page is used most frequently.

When we started to migrate the ColumbiaThreadneedle Investor site, I helped to lead our team analysis with a large map of the site. We identified current issues and questions, and marked them with sticky notes on the map. 

As we migrated the Investor site, our designer developed two solutions for a content page. Collaborating with our UX Researcher, I conducted a test to validate which design allowed users to find information more quickly and accurately.

I developed low-fidelity wireframes to help our business partners understand and reorganize the content structure of the Investor homepage. In the first two versions, the colors represented each type of content.
